Dear readers, Welcome to another issue of my newsletter! How are you feeling today? How is this “New year, a new beginning “ treating you? As I said in my last newsletter, this constant pressure to improve your lifestyle just because it’s the new year does not have to be overbearing on ourselves. We can improve our habits or live a peaceful life once we are ready for it. Once, we acknowledge our challenges and fears we should go for it. Each day can be a new year irrespective of day, month, or year. For me, it has worked wonders over the years and that does not mean I do not try to set a routine. My body can not function without a to-do list or a consistent routine. Loneliness is a blessing in that way. It gives you more time to work on yourself, rather than piling up your worries and miseries, loneliness helps to focus only on yourself, in a few cases.
